Fees are charged per wire or per locker. Depending on the location, charges are calculated either on an hourly basis or according to a fixed-duration plan (e.g., 3-hour, 6-hour, or 24-hour plans). The applicable pricing structure and rates will be displayed on the screen before use or on notices posted at the location. (Prices may vary by location due to dynamic pricing.)

• Overtime fee: If the plan time is exceeded, a fee is charged according to the excess time (e.g., in 30-minute units; varies by location). • Storage fee: If baggage is removed while left uncollected, the location’s daily cap × number of storage days. • Consumption tax (included in the price).

Confirmed and charged immediately at the time of the baggage retrieval procedure (usage fee and overtime fee). * For remote use, a payment method must be registered in advance before use begins.

You can use the locker immediately after selecting a plan. The usage fee and overtime fee are charged at the time of the baggage retrieval procedure.

A full refund of the amount received (with no deduction of payment processing fees) is issued only when the service could not be completed due to equipment failure or the like. Cancellations or refunds for reasons attributable to the user cannot be accepted. Please refer to the Terms of Service for details.
